Jeep Wins Big in the 2017 IntelliChoice Awards! Recently, Toyota won in five categories in MotorTrend’s IntelliChoice Awards: The 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won the 2017 Best Overall Value of the Year- Popular Vehicle; The 2017 Jeep Wrangler won the 2017 Best Overall Value of the Year- Compact Utility; and The 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited won the 2017 Best Overall Value of the Year- Mid-Size Utility. As a plus the 2017 Ram ProMaster City Cargo Van was named the 2017 Best Overall Value of the Year- Cargo Van.
The annual awards identify the vehicles with the lowest total cost to own and operate over the first five years of ownership, selected from nearly 2,300 domestic and import 2017 model-year vehicles. According to the website, “IntelliChoice’s BOVY awards represent the oldest and most recognized automotive data analysis focused solely on identifying vehicles that will cost significantly less to own than other vehicles in their respective class.” Motor Trend writes, “Jeep’s reputation for building capable off-road vehicles continues in the company’s current lineup. Vehicles such as the Wrangler continue to be successful, and the subcompact Renegade crossover fills out the bottom of the lineup.”
